What: Ministry for youth (all young people in 6th-8th grade throughout the community) to prepare our junior high students for confirmation and to build strong leaders of ministry with our high school youth
When: Wednesday Evenings at 7:00 pm
Where: Concordia University, Weller 201
– main building off of Columbia Ave.
What should I bring? Bible and Catechism. If you don’t have one, come anyway and we will provide
Confirmation should be something fun where our junior high age students are allowed to learn and grow in their faith. That is why we have chosen to follow Faith Inkubators Head to Heart Ministry which is a program that allows parents to be involved in building their youths relationship with Christ and involves small group.
Our youth will learn through skits, art, music, game shows and engaged brain based learning. The Bible is our textbook for learning. This year our focus is “Living Faith”. We will focus on the 10 commandments, Lords Prayer and many other Hot Topics.
Our ministry focuses on three core elements that include learning, fellowship and service to others.
Our ministry is open to all youth in the community. We want to reach out to everyone based on our Lutheran beliefs.

What: For High School students of The ROCK, Seward and their friends.
When: Wednesday Evenings at 7:00 pm
Where: The Wright's house, 2055 Star St.
Bring your friends for some fun time chillin' out, snacking, playing games, talking about recent events and maybe learning a bit about your faith
in the process. Everyone is welcome!
This week we start our Bible study centered around "To Save a Life". We will start by "Lowering the Waterline" with the message that if we are going to love the hurting and lonely, then we first need to know how much God loves us. When: Sunday Evenings, 6:00-7:30 pm
Where: The Rock House
Music, fun, fellowship! We'll be focusing on relationships with God, ourselves, family and friends, as well as habits and choices we make daily and how that can affect our lives.
